Item is as close to new as can be. Bought this right after the Apple BT came out, which I returned, and purchased the JB. Used it with the iPhone for a short time and then just stopped.
Now have a car with BT and never need the headset, not to mention I just never got use to wearing it around.
I never opened the included box of ear bud attachments, and didn't unwrap the AC plug since you can charge via USB.
One disclaimer: There is (was) a small rubber cap that went over the charge port when you did not have it plugged in. Pretty bad design as it fell off the first time I used the headset. Other then that, its in perfect shape.
Thinking $75 shipped to continental USA. Possibly open to offers, or maybe even a trade of some sorts.
I have pictures if needed.
