Hello,

Just thought I would post a feeler for a Nintendo Wii that I picked up. Brand new in box, with receipt from target. Has a 90 day return policy.

A feeler, but I am looking for more than msrp.

I'll give you MSRP plus shipping. That's over MSRP. I'll pay your sales tax, too! :)

Was looking for 400 or so shipped. Have bought and sold 10 of these so far and the price just keeps going up.

Started at 325 a month ago, now on craigslist they are all 375-425.

Don't want to think what they will be next week (450-500??)

List it now to end December 20th and ship overnight. You'll get so much (500, maybe?)

Nintendo really screwed the pooch on this one but resellers are loving it. I got a free Wii last year by buying 3, selling 2. The profits from the 2 paid for my own one.

I just closed one at $325 + $30 s/h. After fees I'll only net about $40, which just ain't worth it. I wish I had just made someone happy by selling it to a friend or here for what I paid at the register. I hate making eBayPal more wealthy.

...like my son, who is 8 and doesn't really expect one. He actually doesn't know what to ask for this Christmas. He's so unselfish, we want to get him one to surprise him. But, we know they'll be available after Christmas or around his birthday in April, so it's no big deal.

Its not their fault. They aimed to have an excess of machines for the holiday season. But strong demand through summer and fall meant they had to sell those newly created machines immeditely. This is not bad planning, just a machine that is crazy popular.

I have sold around 10 on craigslist locally around Seattle. Two weeks ago I was getting 350 (one guy even gave me 350 plus drinks/dinner at Ruths Chris Steakhouse). Ebay prices seem to be at 400 plus some sort of overinflated shipping (usually 30-50), so I was trying to put out a better price.

I don't think I will have any problem selling these locally.
