I've got a 512 Mb stick of OEM apple ram pulled from my powerbook. I'm not sure what it's worth these days... $30 maybe?

I've got two 512mb chips that fit your description.

I also have a 1GB chip that fits, as well.

I'd say $30 shipped for a 512. $45 for both 512's. $60 for the 1gb chip? (compare at ~95 at NewEgg.com)
