WTB/TF: Ipod Touch 8gb

I'm looking to buy or trade a 30gb black Ipod 5.5 gen for one.
If I buy, I'm looking to pay under $275.

With my Ipod I'll include a hard case and it comes with thge USB cable and ok condition ipod earbuds. Perhaps another $100 with that? Works great, no scratches on the front, just the lots of mini ones on the silver back.
