Ground shipping

OK, so I was a cheapa$$ when I ordered my new Airport base yesterday and didn't pay for beefed-up shipping. Half the time you get ground shipping your package arrives in three days anyway.

Well, I got the shipping notice this morning and turns out the damned thing is being sent from Taiwan. Any ideas of how long it'll take to get to me (in central Florida)?

You might be waiting for a while. What will happen is that it will fly to Alaska, take a day or two to go through customs, then flydown to the lower 48 from there. So depending on where it goes, the land travel could be from any where in the states, but most likely somewhere in the mid west.
