geek.com is reporting that Toshiba just released a "Pocket Server" which is essentially a bluetooth enabled 5Gb harddrive that allows your PDA or phone or camera or whatever type of bluetooth device to use that 5Gb storage without connecting to it with wires. Could this be the future of the iPod, a universal storage device?

Here's the toshiba press release:

What kind of transfer speeds does Bluetooth have? And then would you have to recharge the iPod/"digital device" or replace batteries aside from the time it takes to synch the thing? If so, and if the speed isn't anything special, then I'd still prefer Firewire.
