Switching to OSX from ubuntu

I bought a copy of OSX Leopard and when I go to install it says it can't work with my bios. I have a ASUS P5B motherboard by the way. Any ideas?

to OP, OSX only runs on an apple-made-mac, you can not install it on any other computer.
