I'm thinking of selling my Mac Pro:
2 x 2.66 processors
7gb of RAM
750gb HDD (1x250, 1x500)
ATI X1900
Bluetooth
Tiger on 250gb, Leopard on 500gb
AppleCare on it
Great condition, no scratches or anything except on bottom, which you never see anyways...unless you're nuts.

What would be a good asking price for this, you think?

By the way, Samsung 19" widescreen LCD is included with this, as is Apple Keyboard and Apple Mighty Mouse.

17" MBP and now this?! yikes! Great machine, I have a 2ghz Mac Pro.

I'd probably say that machine is worth $2400 minimum.

If you're interested in selling out some of your RAM, I might be interested.

I'm not sure, I might consider selling out some of my RAM. So, would a fair asking price be $2900? Or is that too steep? I mean, if I keep the 7gb of RAM inside of it.

I think $2400 is a little closer to reality, as he stated. "Minimum" is usually the price to ask on a forum. eBay might eek out a bit more but niche products like the Mac Pro don't do as well as the mainstream stuff (macbooks)

Hmm, interesting. I feel like $2400 is a bit weak, myself. Would asking $2700 be fair?

With the RAM, maybe. I recently put a feeler up here for mine, which is a stock model (no bluetooth / Airport) with some extra ram and superdrive and got a suggestion of 2000 - 2,200. With the extras, I'd say for yours around 2,500 ~ 2,600.. But I can see on ebay bids on similar have actually gone for 2700.
