I guess it's about time to sell my baby and look for something new...unfortunately I think I'm heading out of the PB market and into the G5...

It's a Pismo, 500 Mhz
640MB Ram
30 GB HD
the battery is still here, but completely drained, you might be able to trade it to a store that reconditions...
Power adapter, original boxes, original restore disks. All software updates to 10.2.8 installed.
It's in great condition, regular wear but nothing major. No stuck pixels.
I will include a coolpad stand and a leather keyboard cover/protector. If desired I can include a 250 USB zip drive. There is a ton of software on it, but I will be deleting most of the really good stuff for legal/security reasons. Let me know if you have special requests.

Make me an offer...I know these guys are getting long in the tooth, but their value is sticking pretty well for computer equipment.

With a 800mhz G4 now going for 1099 in the new iBook, I wonder how the value of the Pismo is going to hold up.


Yea, its a kick ass machine, but its pushin 4 years here soon. EDU prices on iBooks bring G4 laptops under a grand.


Its weird how the mac resale market has never made ANY mathematical sense.

I also have a Pismo, and I think it's going for around 600 buck...I hate it as well since I paid a lot more than that...Good luck!
