Anyone Here Listen to Soul Coughing?

Just curious to see if this band had a live following since it's destruction. I find them to be odd but wonderful. There music at one point was being used for Music Videos on Cartoon network...Anyone know of em or listen?

They were good live with impromptu lyrics that were pointed and topical. Their first two albums were great... I never got into the last one.

in college i loaned "ruby vroom" to so many people that i had to buy a second copy.

doughty's still doing the solo thing; i have friends who caught him in baltimore this weekend. "skittish sessions" gets good mileage, but i haven't heard much of his most recent stuff.

hell yeah this band was too unique to drop off the music landscape. it bothers me that i will never hear new music from them again.

i like the song circles... but i do really like mike doughty just on his own. great acoustic playing and songwriting
