Considering buying this. Do you know what week model it is? Does it have the Jan apps available on it? No problems with it? No inverted video playback?

the serial number (the first 5 or 6 digits/letters has a number which says exactly which week it is)

also, can you tell us more about the film covering on your ipod? is it the one that is on the receipt (power support film).

it looks like the back piece only covers part of the back.

The film is the one listed on the receipt. its 2 pieices. One for the front and one for the back. When I get home, I'll check the serial and give you the info.

The receipt was emailed to me. I bought it at the apple store. The first 5 of the serial is 9C740. The next 4 characters are letters followed by 4T.
