Feeler - Quicksilver 733 parting out

Hello

Just picked up a cheap quicksilver 733. Has dvd burner / cd burner, 80 gig HD, zip drive, no airport. Has the geoforce 32mb videocard, but if I part it out I am keeping if for my DP 450.

Works fine, but has random shut down issues, which I believe are due to the PSU going out.

So anybody need any of the parts in this quicksilver? Just looking for interest, as if I get enough I will part it out, but if not enough I will fix it and sell my DP 450 instead.

Do you have any way to test if it's the PSU or anything else? I'd be interested in the logic board and CPU if you know it's not them that's failing...

i don't know of a way to test them, but from everything I have read it is the psu. It just randomly turns off and will turn on immediately when I push the power button again. CPU isn't hot, so I know its nothing overheating. Both fans working as well.

This seems to be a common issue with quicksilvers, especially with the rev B PSU's.
