Does anyone know of an OS X app that will monitor the amount of data that is up/downloaded from/to my Mac? I'm just curious as to how much bandwidth I use getting MP3s etc...

You could try out netbarrier (http://www.intego.com/home.asp), or cybergauge (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=3094&db=mac)
neither are free, but you can at least get them as demos first to try out.

Thanks britboy, but both of them are severe overkill for what I need and I'm not about to fork over $AU200 for either :)
I was thinking maybe a shareware app that does a similar thing?

Actually, I could probably do it, but if that's what it comes down to, I don't care about it that much...
