As title says I am looking to buy a .Mac Account.
Anyone either know where I can get one for a good price or that has one for sale, please let me know.

$73 at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MA927Z-A-Mac-5-0/dp/B000BX7GAI/ref=pd_bbs_1?ie=UTF8&s=software&qid=1203538786&sr=8-1), if you keep an eye out on eBay you can sometimes get the for around $50-$60, but that is on days when the wind is blowing right and all of the planets are in perfect alignment.

Sorry didn't see you were in the UK, but since it is just the code that you need from inside the box I'd be more than happy to lend you my address and email you the code.

No to hijack the thread, but I was wondering - can you buy the Amazon .Mac and use it to renew an existing subscription? I cringe every year when I send $99 to Cupertino for this, as much as I like it...

There is a link on the page when you go to renew it - something like "I have an activation code."

I just did an eBay search, and there is someone in San Diego selling the 2.0 version for $50, $60 with BIN. I'm going to buy one if they have them next week, as my subscription runs out in April.
I feel like such a dummy now, after paying $99 for it over the last few years. :(

You don't have to wait. If you renew now, it adds a year from your end date. Also, you could buy and just wait before you use it.

I bought my .Mac from this (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Mac-Pro-Systems) seller on eBay last week for about £40, it depends on what exchange rate you get but but we're talking pennies. Shipping was free because all you get is the activation code which the seller emailed me within 24-hours, correct me if I'm wrong but all you get in the box is a guide to activating your account and some software [which I think you can download anyway], so buying it with the packaging isn't really necessary ;)
