Latest version, full retail, not an upgrade, not academic. New never opened. Got this and FCS2. Soundtrack 2 is more than enough for me. Don't need this and got a great deal on it so can sell for $400 shipped and paid. Thats $100 off retail and does not include tax or shipping you may have on top.
