Mine has original Apple packaging and paperwork. These are going for $50 on ebay. Mine was only used for a few weeks, so I think $45 is a fair price.

I would give you $5 more than what u wanted or $5 more than what ebay wanted, but mine is in far better condition, no drops, little wear, barely used. The scroll ball still works even, you don't see to many working scroll balls these days.

I sold mine for $37 on here and it was basically cosmetically flawless, three days out of the box. He's not gonna pay that price for yours.

Yes he did, it applies to sellers, not buyers. As a buyer I have told you twice now that I am not going to buy it at that price no matter how much you try and convince me that a working trackball is something I should pay extra for. :rolleyes:

I've got a BT mighty mouse and the original box from Apple that I bought back in August. I haven't used it all that much because I hate it. I can probably print out a copy of the invoice, I bought it directly from Apple's website.

Scroll ball gets stuck sometimes (which is one of the reasons I dislike the mouse in general), but the standard cleaning procedure of running it upside down on a sheet of paper takes care of it for a while.

$40 shipped would be acceptable to me. PM if you are interested :)
