Version 2 is fine. I'll even take EyeTV lite. Let me know what you have and what your asking price is.

I think you're going to struggle to find just the software as it's bundled with each tuner and has a unique serial number.

Without the serial number, the software wont work and so neither will the tuner.

You might have better luck asking for a cheap EyeTV tuner, with full serial number.

Elgato EyeTV 2 for Mac software, and Miglia TVMicro w/Remote is currently on my local CL for $50. I will not put my own $ at risk, but I would pick up and ship at cost. PM for link.

I have a license for 2.5 that should allow you to upgrade to 3 for like $30.
