Feeler: Sorta new to Macs Need feeler on selling my SR MBP.

I purchased a SR MBP 2.4GHz 15" back in the Summer. I would like to sell it because I do not require portability anymore. I know these New MBP's just came out which will obviouslly lower my resale value of my MBP, but I always heard that Macs keep good resale.

What would be a good starting point for USD$$$ for my MBP?

2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo
4GB DDR2 RAM (Upgraded from Crucial myself)
160GB 5400RPM HDD
GeForce 8600 256MB

1649.00 on refurbs at the moment......2G of extra ram maybe 30.00 bucks...is it under warranty?
