So I bought a piece of luggage from this site

And now I want to make a return. I have emailed them twice, and when I call, I only get a voicemail message saying that their message box is full and I should call back later. Am I out of luck? I noticed that it is through Yahoo small business, so could I maybe contact Yahoo and they could get a hold of them?
