I recently bought a 1Ghz Powerbook, but unfortunately it has a battery which doesn't seem to last longer than ten mins. So if anyone has to have an extra one, they aren't using, i might be interested depending on the price.

I am looking for one that holds a good charge, hopefully somewhere between the 4-5 hour range.

You are better off buying a new one. Try Fry's, OWC, or just a Froogle Search for it.

when my tibook battery stopped holding a charge, I went for the newertech battery from owc. I think I bought the 65WH battery (which was the highest they had at the time), but they hake a 74WH one now. Just a note that it doesn't "fit" as nicely as the original battery & isn't as polished (ie, the battery indicators aren't as nice), but it works just as well & better cause you do get more charge. Don't remember ever getting 4-5 hours though, even when it was new.

Does it say anything about what the Wattage is on that battery? Is it a 65, or a 74 Watt?
