After the last update, all older model have tanked in price... I'd give this one $1300... and that might even be generous.

Sounds acceptable.

Was looking on ebay and have seen them go ranging between 700-900 quid. For similar spec RevA

Was hoping for 700 which would cover half of the 1300 for my new one (in British Pounds that is :))

I would say 1100 - 1300 depending on condition and Applecare. The first generation MBPs are prone to bad motherboards.

I would say 1100 USD shipped. I've purchased one for that price before the update. 1300 is too high.

However, IIRC the Uk market is different so you could get more.
