I bought a new Macbook pro

I bought this new macbook pro and I'm using it now and it runs great, but for some reason it has these dots on the screen that flutter now and then and say words, I'm confused and scared.

I would phone Apple but the confusion and fear is overwhelming, please help.

What words? Are the dots consistently in the same place or are they always different locations on the screen?

Sorry I was banned but the dots you can never be sure about, the only way I can describe it is 'fluttering'...Imagine a butterfly as a pixel and you'd be on the right track, but it's scary and confusing.
