This was just a feeler. I decided to put the CD up on craigslist and it got snatched up quickly. As for the C2D, I decided to keep it.

Just want a quick feeler. I know of the new refurb prices on Apple, so this is why I'm going for a feeler first. I may sell now if price is right, especially the C2D. Possibly looking for trades - Maybe an Air, or SR MB.
I have a 15-inch Glossy MBP 2.0GHz CD, 1.5GB RAM, 80GB HDD - Bought new in Dec '06 and doesn't have AppleCare. Original box and everything it came in. Only comes with Tiger installation discs.
Quick note on CD MBP: I have never had any problems with the CD MBP. I think the build was from May '06. No fan problems, no major heat problems - heat is a problem even with the new MBPs. Screen is great and no dead pixels/scratches. Keyboard was and is still covered with a Macessity keyboard cover.
The other MBP is the same except it's 2.16GHz C2D, 2GB RAM, 120GB HDD, but bought in Jan '08 as a refurb. The case is perfect and so is the display. Comes in a Apple reconditioned brown box with a wrapped remote and DVI-VGA adapter. Comes with Tiger installation discs and a Leopard upgrade disc.
Quick note on C2D MBP: Has one-year warranty until Jan '09. Keyboard was and is still covered with a Macessity keyboard cover, as well.
