If I remember correctly, the lowest-priced eMac for individual purchase was $1249 on Monday. I just checked a minute ago and the cheapest model is now $1049! It only has a CD-ROM in it, but still...that's $200 cheaper!!
Awesome!

That's much better, and that doesn't even take into account the educational discount. I wonder why it took them so long to get the options available? I'll be really interested to see how they sell.

i asked a teacher friend of mine why the crt in a all in one unit?...since i teach older students, any computer is fine
my friend teaches elementary school age students and they might poke out an lcd screen or abuse the computer...he told me for younger students, the all in one design is heavy duty for young kids...that makes sense
hey, the college i went to were like a bunch of six years olds...he he...so what's the difference;)

hmm that's interesting. i was wondering why they hadn't offered that model for students...
1050 sounds a good deal better/cheaper than 1250 at this point.

I did notice it was $1249 last night...
I wonder why they changed it?
maybe it was a mistake at first?!
