There's not much to go by on ebay for value (and mac2sell admittedly doesn't include anything but the CPU) on this so I'm looking for some pricing help:
G4 Cube 500mhz
1.25 gb RAM
running 10.4.11 on a 40gb hd
DVD-ROM
15" monitor
ball speakers
pro keyboard and mouse in black
cosmetically very nice - only a scratch or two on the cube itself; monitor looks bright and beautiful
Pics are now here. (http://web.mac.com/otechs/Site_2/Photos.html)

Ta.
I got this from my father a year or two ago. They didn't come from him with boxes so I suspect they were recycled ages go. I think I've got the manuals and discs, now that you mention them. But where, oh where... :)
I can toss some pics up later today if you're interested in making an offer.

I would say anywhere from $200 to $300.
They have not been getting much on ebay lately.

Yeah, that makes me sad to see them petering off - it's a nice little machine and runs tiger like a dream, especially with the extra ram.

I've got two.
The first one came identical to yours, down to the last detail. I paid 318.94 total for it, including the shipping.
The second one had a fried DVD drive, but otherwise it works pretty well. I paid 150 for that one, but it also came with some miscellaneous stuff that might have artificially inflated the price.
My favorite computer of all time, I love it to death! The one I have in good condition will be buried with me, or will contain my ashes.

Is that an Apple monitor?
I could be very interested in this!
EDIT:Never mind, saw the pics. I am very interested.

Wow. Now I feel bad for upgrading... :D
Word to all - shipping will be the actual cost, but it will be in two boxes to protect the monitor. This means $30+ for shipping, depending on where you are.

Yes, it's the original apple monitor that (I think) came with them. Same color apple on both, anyway.

Would you consider a trade for an 8GB iphone that is only a month old?

I just sold that exact same set up except with 1.5gb of ram and a Superdrive for $500. Shell was in excellent condition though also. The 500mhz are hard to come by, dont sell yourself too short.
