Just a feeler but any interest in an iPod touch 32gb new, sealed and if so what $ would you offer? Am considering taking one in trade but I have an iPhone so no need for it.

If you have an Apple store nearby, you should be able to return it for full credit as long as it's sealed. That will get you more than on here.

Unless it's purchased at a best buy. I have a sealed iPod touch I wanted to return for store credit, but it was purchased at best buy and they wouldn't accept it at the apple store because of that. I thought that was crazy.

That's odd, I've returned new stuff purchased elsewhere. It wasn't major (wireless keyboard), but they gave me the $79 cash no questions asked.

Good point; There isn't anything that I really need at the apple store at the moment unfortunately. On a bigger item like this they may be more particular about where it came from...

but that doesn't make since from a business perspective, you need to return it to the store you bought it at.

Why? Apple can turn around and sell it for that price. After all, it is their product.

Well for one thing a purchase should be accompanied by a receipt PROVING that it was in fact purchased and where. This protects Apple and Best Buy. I am not at all saying the op didn't purchase this, just trying to offer some rationale on why a product should be returned to the place of purchase.

Well, it's at least worth a call to the store. And the marketplace probably isn't the place for discussion like this, so let's stop before we get fried by mods.
