I have a set of M-Audio Studiophile DX 4's. Retail new at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/M-Audio-Studiophile-Professional-Desktop-Monitoring/dp/B0002F4F4K) for $124 (ish) right now (free shipping in US). I still have orginal box. Will sell for $110 shipped. They are in excellent condition, btw. PM if interested, but you may want to get them new for the additional $4.68 over your $120 budget. The only reason I'm parting with mine is because I'm upgrading to a used set of JBL's.
