Interested in an Apple wireless mighty mouse. New would be great but doesn't have to be. I just want something in great condition, preferably in original packaging and something within warranty just incase.
willing to pay $35 shipped for used or $40 for new.

You probably mean it WAS uncalled for instead of wasN'T uncalled for. Maybe you prefer to buy used goods that may have been masterbated on but I prefer not and I think most people would agree. I think it is you that people should avoid buying tainted products from. Or at least put a disclaimer so we can prepare the all purpose windex before opening your boxes.
