Exe Files Help

everytiime i unzip a file and open the exe version of it, a new box comes up but all there is in it is random text of not even letters but jus random shapes like /$% EVERYTHING

It sounds like the program you are running is a random character generator. :)

EDIT: Seriously though, .exe files are for windows. If you're trying to open one in Mac OS X it's incredibly unlikely to run.

If you have an Intel Mac you can run Windows via bootcamp, parallels desktop, VMware Fusion or the other one that doesn't require a Windows license and I don;t remember its name.
