I'm sorry but I had to post this. I'm sitting here doing my tech support thing playing catchup (Been out sick the last two days with Ebola I think...ick) with e-mails and my phone rings. A user is calling about her home PC with...god help her..... XP Home Edition. Well her printer has stopped working for no apparent reason. I had discussed this with here last week and gave her a todo list of possible solutions to take home and try. Being the generous person that I am, we don’t support personal home computers, I told her if she wanted to she can bring it in and I'll talk a look at it. Before she hung up she asked if the MSN downgrade she installed could have caused the problem. I’m assuming download but I didn’t bother to correct her. :D
I told her yes. The downgrade could definitely cause a problem. MSN is a downgrade when it comes to net access.
PS- WOO HOO Matrix Revolutions 8:15PM this evening!!! :D
