Reseting Default PDF Program

After installing Acrobat 6 I find that I like Preview much better, however Acrobat has taken over my PDFs and opens them automatically! I want to be able to click on them and have them open up in Preview, I can ctrl-click them and select Preview but it would be much faster to double click.

Select one of your PDF files
Go to File > Get Info
Under "Open with:", select Preview from the drop-down menu
Click the button "Change All..."
