WTT: 17" 2.33 MBP for 15" SR MBP

I am looking to trade my 17" Macbook Pro for a 15" model. I need something more portable for my lifestyle that also supports 4GB of RAM (as this model has a 3GB cap).

This unit has warranty until 11/2009. Here are the specs:

17" Macbook Pro
2.33GHz Core 2 Duo
100GB 7200rpm HD
2GB DDR2 RAM
The unit is bend/scratch free.

What i am looking to trade for:

15" Macbook Pro
Santa Rosa Chipset
~160GB Hard Drive
Applecare

I've got a 2.2 ghz SR MBP. Pretty much stock model, bought new. Still under the one year warranty until August 8, 2008. Had the screen replaced after it cracked so the screen is only a couple months old.

I'm not up to adding much cash but let me know what you think, I know I'd have to add some. On the off chance you want snowboard goggles or helmet or boots, I could add those too.
