Correct, CDMA phones do not accept SIM cards and can't be used with any GSM carriers. These phones will only work for the designated carrier, sorry :(

I've also just added a bunch of computers, and should hopefully soon be adding two more phones, and pictures for the computers.

Hmm... just so you know, it would be a *lot* cheaper to ship that to drive halfway. Gas to Hinckley and back is going to be about $25 for me, and shipping about $16. :)

It has the sleeve, serial number, and is all ready to go, actually. It is all ready to go be installed, and there will be no problems with activation.

Condition is flawless, everything works really well. I was considering gutting it to make it into a flashpod, but given the difficulty I doubt that will work real well. I converted my 4G over anyway. I'll use it as a driver for my stereo system in the living room.

No, it hasn't actually been installed on anything at all, since I don't need it as I've been using Ubuntu just fine on my laptop and had gotten two of these. The one on my iMac never asked me for activation, anyway and I've been chugging along fine. Its probably just retail copies that ask for activation.

So the vista ultimate oem has been installed on your computer already. Sorry but that makes the license void to anyone else as it will no longer activate.

OEM means that once its installed on one computer, it is only licensed to run on that computer and cannot be transfered to another computer even if it is erased completely from the first one. That is why they're cheaper. Aside from the legality (or lack there-of) it wouldnt have asked to activate the first time, but once it calls home to MS with the same Serial on a different computer, activation will pop up.

EVERYTHING is inside... it worked fine up till the point the backlight went out. Its not missing any internal components.

Here's they's are's! There is no CD-ROM as stated, so I just have some duct tape holding the flap shut for now, and there is some marker on the bottom. esc and ~` keys are missing, but how often are they used on a Mac?

And the latch works too? In one pic it looks broken. also, I assume no power brick? And the marker, is it removable or permenant? When you boot up, can you see the screen working? (I know there is no os, but a bios or sompthing)

I'm still on iPhoto 5.0.4. It'd be nice when I upgraded with your Tiger to go ahead and update the iLife apps as well.

Just wanted to report back that this is a great seller and despite the fact that it's clear that the Post Office royally screwed things up, he followed up with them after he had already sent things and the Tiger disk and phone arrived safely albeit a little dirty from the mail machine's eating it. But the items were in good shape and without a problem.

I would highly recommend dealing with Hyper.
