I bought this system on release day in August 2006 and have taken extremely good care of it. In fact, it will be shipped to you in the original box. I've been on the road a lot lately, thus this machine rarely gets used in favor of my laptop.
Here are the key specs for it:
2 x 2.66 GHz Intel Xeon 5150 Dual Core Processors
4 x 512 MB Apple Brand Memory (2 GB Total)
4 x 250 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Perpendicular Recording Hard Drives (1 TB Total)
ATI Radeon X1900 XT w/ Passive Cooler (Revision B)
Bluetooth 2.0 HDR Module
Retail Leopard (10.5) Install Disc
System Restore Discs w/ Original Documentation
Original Box
System runs fantastic, no problems at all. Asking $2000.
United States:
Payment via confirmed PayPal or Western Union Money Order.

No, no. I totally meant to do that... Yea... I impose a shipping tax to the south... Yea. That's it...
That's what I get for writing that after being up all night. Thanks for pointing that out!

What would be the price for the machine stripped down to nothing but the case, RAM, and GFX card?
And if you can do that for me, how do you feel about me sending you a check? Paypal has burned me one too many times.

So you don't want the hard drives, keyboard, mouse and Leopard?
Also, I have a Radeon HD 2600 I could install instead of the X1900 if that would work better for you.
I'd imagine $1950, shipped, insured and well packed. Personal check is fine, I will hold it for a minimum 7 days to make sure it clears. (I have pristine eBay feedback, registered since 1998.)

Hey there. Just an FYI you may want to hold checks longer than 7 days if you want to avoid fraudulant checks. Sometimes it takes up to a month for the bank to discover fake/bad check. When this happens you are penalized. Do not accept checks unless you are 100% sure. Same with money orders. Be very careful

That should have read "...a minimum 7 days...", thanks for looking out, though.
As another note, the price is OBO, that's or best offer. Feel free to throw offers out there, with and without various hardware pieces if that's what you need.

Price lowered to $2000. You're stealing it from me at that price.

Off note, how much are you saving by shipping as a gift? is it even a decent enough amount?
