So my lady friend dropped her phone and it has a little tinny crack on the corner, it works perfectly, but you know... she wants to see if she can get it replaced. Is there a way to "break" the phone so you can get a replacement at the apple store? I remember long ago i broke mine by upgrading/downgrading several times using some unlocking tools, what basically happen is that it wasn't detected by iTunes, but it did show up under system profiler, does anyone know how I can do something similar with it so i can get it replaced?
