ya I do, Its Crucial and works great. $45 shipped sound ok? I think that's what. I paid about 3 weeks ago for it(i had to get rid of my g4)

Be careful to note that you have the right kind. The later ibooks took pc2700 whereas the earlier ones needed soemthing different.
