just search for OEM Windows OS on eBay and make sure you get it from someone with good feedback. Here in the UK you can pick up either OS for around £50.

OEMs are against the Microsoft Policy. OEMs are for brand new hardware without an OS, such as if you were making a full custom PC from scratch.
