I'm thinking of selling my old Powerbook to help pay for a unexpected mishap.

Here are the specs:

15.4" 1280x800
1X Superdrive
60GB HDD
1GB of RAM
1Ghz G4
New battery just bought last year, holds full charge.

And if I am correct, I believe it was the fastest Titanium Apple ever made :) And the faster laptop made that can run OS9 natively.

Naturally all the manuals, disks (and Tiger disks), poweradapter, and box will come with it too.

My mom has been using it for the past two years and she's getting an hp tablet to replace it.

I'd say this could fetch up to $550 depending on case/hinge condition. Any original stuff could raise the price as well.

I LOOOVE TiBooks. Too bad I love my current PB more, :D

yeah, the hinges are sound structurally but even when I gave it to my mom the paint was chipped pretty bad. I will be giving it an overhaul (tuneup) when it's in my possession again - maybe repainting the hinges and oiling them.

I also remembered I had an iSight too :) Which I don't need due to my macbook's built in.

I really wished I didn't have to part with it :( Oh well, I'm getting it next weekend so then I can post some pictures.

Hmmm I don't really know yet... that's also with my mom so I'm actually picking it up next weekend. I'll look around the web and decide on a price. I did see someone on MR sell his for $150

I have someone on craigslist asking $400 for it. From the pictures, good deal or not?

If anyone here is from Kansas City and wants to make an offer that'd be great!

I'd like to deal locally.
