Looks like the Universal Access zoom feature. What F11 hack?

looks like a toolbar toggle widget and a curved corner of a titlebar (lower right) displayed as a texture (flipped vertically) with magmapping on a large polygon via opengl.

i'm assuming your machine is qe enabled.

completely off topic, but 'the ring' is originally a japanese novel. excellent read. a lot more fun than the movie...

there are sequel books called 'the helix' and 'the loop.' i haven't finished the third one but the second book was really, really bizzare.

theres a trailer for a japanese movie floating around the net...similar to the ring, and looks realy freaky.

its calle 'the eyes'_or something.

OK, I got the word that its a bug. The dude said its the reason that the feature wasnt included and normally accessable.
