I say you could get like $100-$150 on eBay, because that's the best way to go, but it depends on the condition of your phone. I sold mine for $100 before getting the iPhone, but the battery was not working and the phone was not in the greatest condition. But it all depends on the condition and I would say that you should go the eBay route, because I think in these forums, everyone is wanting to do the same as you, which is to buy an iPhone if they haven't already.
