I have a phat, brand new full clear case installed, comes with a 512mb memory stick, and USB cable, will also include game, and hard case.

I have a working fat psp for sale. It is in ok condition has decent scratches and scuffs but nothing major. I misplace the battery cover but it battery stays in tact even without it. I will include a silicon skin that protects the psp, adds grip and acts as the battery cover. Also included is unopened gamestop pelican charger and 32 mb memory card. Will include GTA:LCS
I give it a 6/10 in terms of ship. Got a couple dinks but it works fine and thats why it so cheap. I have good feedback on ebay:

I have a mint condition 1st gen PSP. It comes with MLB and Monkey ball. 32mb card. I stitll have all the accessories, head phones, and the included carrying case. charger and so on. I think I even have the manual. I have only used this a handfull of times and sits in my night table. $99 plus shipping.
