Hey everyone,

With the lovely increases in gas prices and everything else I think it may be time to move my lovely G5 tower. I am curious as to what a fair price would be to determine if it is worth selling.

Specs:
Dual 1.8
2 gig ram
Leopard
80 gig hd

It was purchased new 3 years ago.

I'd check out www.powermax.com for used and new prices on various PM G5 models. Then check out eBay to see what most people are getting.

Honestly, you could still get that price up to $1000 with the right hardware inside of it. There is NO Apple tower that offers that kind of expansion at that price... there are still a few users that could benefit from it.

This site is reasonable, but they are a bit off with some models.
