WTB Internal HD for G5 Powermac

Just as the title says, I'm looking to buy an internal HD for a G5 Powermac.

I have a 74GB Raptor which was in my G5 (the 150GB Raptors have trouble in G5's). - can send it for $75 (its still under warranty)

Or a eSata G-Technology kit, which includes PCI-X internal card and two drives in an eSata box.
