Sold for £1525!

Selling my gorgeous 16-week old Mac Pro. Pristine condition, full working order, boxed, original documents etc. It's the 2.8GHz 8-core model introduced this January (the week before MacWorld 2008). HD, GPU and optical drives are as standard.

I'm in the Birmingham, UK area and due to the price and weight of the item payment on collection is probably for the best, though I might hand-deliver to outlying areas if they're not too far, we can talk about that.

It's been upgraded to 6GB(!) of RAM, which includes Apple's original 2GB coupled with two further OWC-brand 2GB 800MHz FB-DIMM. It had Airport installed at the time of purchase.

Now, I am looking for £1650, which, considering the upgrades and the youth of the model, is quite a damn steal. Remember it costs £1749 standalone, so however you swing it, there's a big saving to be had.

Well, let me know. I'm offering this to you guys first, I know you'd give it a good home :)

Need something portable instead. I tend to only have one Mac at a time.

Features are as manufacturer's standard, plus the extra 4GB RAM (for a total of 6GB) and Airport. PM me~
