View Full Version : SOLD: slightly used Newer Technology NuPower Battery for 14" iBook

What I have is a slightly used Newer Technology NuPower Battery for a 14" iBook. I purchased this back in January and took great care of it. The capacity was last around 93-94% of the original. I routinely got around 5-6 hours of battery life from it. There are some scratches on the outside of the battery from being used, but the abuse to the battery itself is minimal.

I'm asking for $80 OBO. I cannot post a screenshot of the capacity left as the computer has died (onboard memory). I just don't want the battery to be a completely wasted investment as it's still relatively new.

sorry to but in here, but i was just wondering if the NuPower batteries last longer than the apple batteries??

i have seen a magazine article, that claims 40-60% extra battery life. not sure if its true, just checking.

It depends on the Apple battery that you're replacing. I didn't notice that much with the 14" iBook battery because the Apple one already had great power storage. Other batteries, however, you will.

aaahh ok thanks for the reply, yea i was thinking for my MBP because they advertise such a great increases in capacity. but ahwell, thankyou!
