What's your alert sound?

OK, spill. Which sound do you use as your main system alert? If it's a non-system one, post it for us all to hear...


I use this one (http://futuremechanix.com/mr/crazy.mp3) - it's from the Buffy musical episode. If you haven't seen the show, you won't be able to appreciate it fully, but it's damn funny in context. :D

I am boring I use the default purr
cause I haven't been stuffed to get a new one and It doesn't matter what sound it is cause itunes is usually pumping:D

"Purr" is quite destinctive over music.-Mail Alert \

I leave Classic set to the default noise to diferrentiate it from X.

Is there a decent Freeware for custom OS X error sounds?

That's way too long an alert for me. I use submarine, it sound really good with my Bose speakers on my desktop G4.

Ensign Paris will probably appreciate this. I switch between the doorbell sound and computer sound From Star Trek: TNG. I will try to post them later when I get home.
