Feeler; Almost New 2g nano 8gb

$150 shipped Black Nano 2g 8gb used only a few times. It has had a clear wrap and a rubber skin on it (double protection) since it was new in late July 2007. It should look brand new under that. I already had a 5g when I got it. I have several new skins to go with it. One heavy rubber one , one clear plastic case and two thin rubber wal-mart skins. Surely I have the cables and such around here somewhere but maybe that's negotiable.

I'd say that is a bit high. Refurbs go for $149, I could see yours selling for no more than $120.

You can't, that price was based on the refurbed 3rd Generation.

I just bought a 8GB 3rd gen nano, black, from macrumors last week for $100 shipped. I'd say you could get a $100 max

I would have to agree that a 3rd gen is only worth $100. However, I am considering selling my 2nd gen, that I think is way cooler than the current models. If a "Feeler" is only about comparing 8gb with 8gb, nevermind.

if this is a for sale post, then put it as a for sale post and name your price, but if you want us to help you figure out how much it's worth, then the feeler is the way to go. regardless of which one is cooler, the market determines the price, if you want $150, you could try CL, but seriously it's going to be hard explaining to someone that your 2gen is worth the same as a 3gen refurb from apple with a year of applecare.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood what a feeler is. I thought it was to check for interest. I do not care to compare my 2g to a 3g, it seems like a different animal to me. If there are no available 2g nano's to compare prices with, I must have a rare bird.:)

Do you have the original manuals and box for it? I think you can get the $150 for it on ebay maybe even a little more. Just check completed listings there ;)
