totally random, but since i'm having some hommus for lunch...

which do you prefer with your pitas?

i like them both, esp. thick ones. but if i had to choose between the best ones i've had, i think i'd go with baba ganouj...

I'd have to say that baba is more flavorful, although I eat more hummus. One of my clients is a Middle Eastern restaurant, and their smoked baba ganoush is the best I've ever had.

But if I had my choice, I'd eat tzatziki sauce over both. :D

I love hummus, it is great on Pita bread or tortilla chips. The benefits of hummus. Tribe of Two Sheiks is made right here in Boston. 1993,_
Tribe of Two Sheiks Hummus, born in Boston with four flavors, becomes a national favorite.

Well, what can I say, I love them both!

Now, making them at home is tasty *yum yum*!

I could've had it for lunch today, alas, I ate at work.

The best are the fresh ones you get from restaurants, the stuff you buy at the store doesn't do humus or babaganouj justice. Try it with fresh olives (real ones, not the wimpy store ones), fresh pickles and nice pita bread. :D

I have always preferred hummus. Sometimes I have some fried eggplant on the side.
