ram and hard drive from a brand new black Macbook (2x1GB ram, 250GB hard drive).

I had a 320GB hdd and 4GB of ram waiting for my new macbook at home. ;)

Yes. It'll work in all Intel macs except the mac pro.

Hard drive is taken, RAM still available.

Cheapest I can find is $19.99 per gig (g-skill from newegg...which I've used in many a mac).

I'll offer up this ram for $40 plus shipping (for the 2 x 1GB). If you feel more comfortable with "Apple certified" ram for your baby, PM me. If not, jump on the ram from NewEgg. ;)
