I am giving serious consideration to moving up to a newer MBP, and in doing so, wanted to get an idea of what this might be worth. THIS IS NOT A FS THREAD! I will post a FS thread when and if I decide to sell. I am also not interested in trades - this is a feeler ONLY.

15" MBP
2.0 Ghz CD
2G RAM
320G HD
OS X 10.4
802.11n Airport upgrade
2 batteries - 1 w/under 20 cycles, 1 w/under 10 cycles
Radeon X1600 w/256M RAM
Magsafe adapter
DVI-VGA adapter
All original goodies (restore CD, remote, etc.)
AppleCare until January 2009
Speck red case

This MBP is immaculate and has been in a case since day one. No bad pixels, no dings, dents or scratches. I'll post some pictures later today when I get a chance to dig out my camera. I'm curious as to the value here as well as eBay, if anyone has any knowledge of what these are bringing over there (stupid prices, no doubt!)

I would guess $1250.

And how did you upgrade to 802.11n on a Core Duo? I have a CD and I'd love to add n networking.

Thanks for the info.

The 802.11n is a simple upgrade, and one that's easy to do while you're in there swapping out a hard drive.

If you get the kit for installing an AirPort option in the Mac Pro, it's the same card. You can find these for around $50 for the kit, and they're really easy to install, as it's a direct replacement for the stock 802.11b/g card that came with the CD. I can dig out the number of the kit and the supplier if you want it...

I would also say around 1200-1250 is fair considering the upgrades
